This website is dedicated to the Armfield Family Newsletter, a genealogical newsletter written, edited, published and distributed quarterly by Connie Armfield Stenhjem and Joyce Agerton
The Armfield family is a large, complex and varied family. Although past published histories and the internet have been extremely helpful in our research, and provided a means for many of us to connect to others with similar interests, we have also found there are many instances of inaccurate information which have been published in various forms and been represented as factual. If we can work together to insure that our data is as accurate as we can possibly determine, document our sources, and publish our results so that others may benefit, we believe we will have accomplished something that our ancestors would be proud of as well as provide a service for future generations of family researchers.
Our first Armfield Family Newsletter was published in September 2005. Links to that newsletter and all of our subsequent publications, including a brief description of their primary content, are provided in the Archive section that follows.
